The Masters Package is the premium option for large-scale events, corporate activations, tournaments, fundraisers, festivals, and high-traffic celebrations. Priced at $899, it includes up to 6 hours of simulator play, unlimited guest participation, a dedicated event host, custom branding throughout the simulator experience, multiple contests and prize-ready activities, professional simulator setup and operation, and golf clubs and equipment.

Our team arrives approximately 90 minutes before your scheduled start time to complete setup and testing. After the event, breakdown typically takes approximately 45 minutes. The simulator can be used indoors or outdoors, provided the venue offers a safe operating environment and approximately 15 ft. x 18 ft. of available space. Adult men’s clubs are provided. Children’s, women’s, and left-handed clubs may be requested in advance.

A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to reserve the date and time. The reservation is not confirmed until both have been received. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event and must be paid in full before equipment unloading and setup begin. One reschedule may be requested at no additional charge with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Requests submitted within 14 days may incur a fee and cannot be guaranteed.

Events may be extended for $200 per additional hour when the schedule allows. Extensions must be approved and paid for before the additional time begins. Travel within the standard service area is included, while events outside that area may require an additional travel fee. If severe weather makes the event unsafe or impossible to operate and no indoor backup location is available, Woods & Irons Golf Co. will work with the client to reschedule. Weather-related refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually.
